We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager, who enjoys selling within B2B, face-to-face environment and winning new customers as well as managing existing key accounts. Working as the Regional Sales Manager you will be guiding and leading our activities in various countries.

As Regional Sales Manager, we want you to grow new business for Northern Aerotech as well as other business areas within the group and you will be constantly challenged and you will be able to make a difference.

We are looking for an energetic and powerful true A player with a can-do mindset, analytical skills and a strong tech solution sales tool box. You will have the possibilities to learn, develop and build your own position. Overall you will experience a great degree of independence.

Northern Aerotech is an innovative company in growth and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our sales team.

  • You need to be motivated for selling within B2B,
  • You need to be able to gain new customers as well as managing existing key accounts,
  • You need to be dedicated to customer care of existing as well as new customer relations,
  • You need to be curious about the customer’s requests,
  • You need to be able to adapt yourself culturally and understand the needs of your customers,

The focus will primarily be on international customers and you will continuously be assigned your own customer portfolio, which will provide stability and basis for further development on the commercial side.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and result oriented person who is a powerful true A player. You need to have a relaxed, positive and constructive approach to challenges and have a personal drive. It will be an advantage if you have working experience in Aviation.

Alternatively you may have worked within a similar area and through this gained relevant insight into sales processes, maybe you have worked some years with international sales and gained business experience and knowledge with the Business-to-Business field and are ready to move forward.

  • Is result-oriented and focused on achieving your personal goals – as well as the company’s goals
  • Have a constructive, solution-oriented attitude and is good at solving problems
  • Have good communication skills – both in writing and in speech
  • Have a good situational awareness and ability to communicate across different cultures
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English at negotiation level
  • Have a proven track record within B2B

  • Fixed basic salary and commission equivalent to the position

  • Business travel and work outside of the office is required
  • Start date as soon as possible, but we can wait for the right candidate
