(DK) Reservation Ticketing Agent

We are looking for a new employee for our Reservation Ticketing Office in Copenhagen, ideally to start as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment. The candidate should be a fast learner with a keen eye for details, and can apply the knowledge to the work independently and accurately. The candidate must be a good team player too.

The candidate preferably should be someone who is experienced in airline reservations and ticketing and certified in the use of Amadeus GDS. As we serves our customers and travel agents in the Nordic countries from Copenhagen, candidates with good linguistic capabilities in English and the Scandinavian languages are preferred.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00 and Friday 9:00-16:30 in the center of Copenhagen.
